IT Support Specialist - help desk (Milwaukee, WI)

Bright Lakeside Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Milwaukee, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
