IT Support Specialist - help desk (Milwaukee, WI)

Nova Quarry Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Milwaukee. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
