IT Support Specialist - help desk (Miami, FL)

Amberfield Drift Inspection Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
