IT Support Specialist - help desk (Miami, FL)

Nova Vista Community Partners runs community programmes across Miami. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Miami. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
