IT Support Specialist - help desk (Miami, FL)

Amberfield Summit Construction is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
