IT Support Specialist - help desk (Miami, FL)

Summit Amber Financial serves customers across Miami with accounts, loans and payments, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
