IT Support Specialist - help desk (Little Rock, AR)

Stonegate Ember Financial is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
