IT Support Specialist - help desk (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Lakeside Energy is an energy provider in Little Rock focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
