IT Support Specialist - help desk (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Cross Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Little Rock. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
