IT Support Specialist - help desk (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Timber Staffing is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 447 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
