IT Support Specialist - help desk (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Granite Property Management Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 270 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
