IT Support Specialist - help desk (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Corner Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Little Rock area. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
