IT Support Specialist - help desk (Little Rock, AR)

Rivermark Orchard Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Little Rock plant, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
