IT Support Specialist - help desk (Las Vegas, NV)

Greenridge Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Las Vegas, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
