IT Support Specialist - help desk (Las Vegas, NV)

Redstone Umber Foods is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
