IT Support Specialist - help desk (Las Vegas, NV)

Amberfield West Legal Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
