IT Support Specialist - help desk (Las Vegas, NV)

Highbridge Umber Hospitality is a hospitality company in Las Vegas with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
