IT Support Specialist - help desk (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove Union Civic Services supports public agencies in Las Vegas with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
