IT Support Specialist - help desk (Knoxville, TN)

Westbrook Keystone Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Knoxville. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
