IT Support Specialist - help desk (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Umber Banking Services Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be help desk. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
