IT Support Specialist - help desk (Jacksonville, FL)

Lumen Cedar Health Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
