IT Support Specialist - help desk (Jacksonville, FL)

Ironwood Yarrow Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Jacksonville area. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
