IT Support Specialist - help desk (Jacksonville, FL)

Foxglove Keystone Environmental Services Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
