IT Support Specialist - help desk (Jackson, MS)

Lumen Corner Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Jackson, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
