IT Support Specialist - help desk (Jackson, MS)

Ironwood Ridge Property Management looks after rental homes across the Jackson area. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
