IT Support Specialist - help desk (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Drift Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Honolulu. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
