IT Support Specialist - help desk (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Summit Nest Construction and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be help desk. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
