IT Support Specialist - help desk (Honolulu, HI)

Lumen Ashton Civic Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
