IT Support Specialist - help desk (Honolulu, HI)

Clearpath Forge Facilities is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 692 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
