IT Support Specialist - help desk (Grand Rapids, MI)

Stonegate Corner Learning Group Partners operates schools and learning programmes around Grand Rapids. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
