IT Support Specialist - help desk (Fresno, CA)

Greenridge River Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Fresno region, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
