IT Support Specialist - help desk (Fresno, CA)

Lumen Ashton Hospitality is a hospitality company in Fresno with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. You would join a large organisation of about 544 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
