IT Support Specialist - help desk (Fresno, CA)

Amberfield Quill Environmental Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
