IT Support Specialist - help desk (Fresno, CA)

Lumen Yarrow Inspection Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
