IT Support Specialist - help desk (Fort Worth, TX)

Summit Cross Civic Services Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 968 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
