IT Support Specialist - help desk (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen River Financial and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be help desk. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
