IT Support Specialist - help desk (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Rowan Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in El Paso, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
