IT Support Specialist - help desk (Detroit, MI)

Ironwood Junction Financial is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
