IT Support Specialist - help desk (Denver, CO)

Redstone Meadow Financial is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
