IT Support Specialist - help desk (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Basin Facilities Group is a facilities company in Denver with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
