IT Support Specialist - help desk (Denver, CO)

Bluepeak Ivory Inspection Services Partners tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Denver. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
