IT Support Specialist - help desk (Dallas, TX)

Ironwood Clear Hospitality is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
