IT Support Specialist - help desk (Dallas, TX)

Westbrook Oak Legal Group is a Dallas practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
