IT Support Specialist - help desk (Dallas, TX)

Nova Sable Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Dallas plant, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
