IT Support Specialist - help desk (Dallas, TX)

Clearpath West Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Dallas. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
