IT Support Specialist - help desk (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Linden Legal Group Partners provides legal services in Dallas across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
