IT Support Specialist - help desk (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Fern Facilities is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
