IT Support Specialist - help desk (Colorado Springs, CO)

Redstone Ember Financial is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
