IT Support Specialist - help desk (Colorado Springs, CO)

Foxglove Drift Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Colorado Springs. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
