IT Support Specialist - help desk (Cleveland, OH)

Harborlight Rook Property Management is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
